What is holistic healing?
At the heart of holistic healing lies the belief that true wellness embraces the mind, body, and spirit. Through the use of natural remedies like essential oils, healing herbs, and homemade shea butter, we support the body's innate ability to restore balance and vitality. Essential oils offer therapeutic benefits that calm the mind, uplift the mood, and soothe the body, while herbs provide gentle yet powerful nourishment from the earth. Our homemade shea butter, rich in vitamins and antioxidants, deeply hydrates and heals the skin—making it a staple in both skincare and spiritual self-care. Together, these natural tools form a sacred ritual of restoration, connecting us back to the wisdom of nature and the healing power within.
Why our family made the switch to a holistic lifestyle
Our family started using holistic practices in 2020 when COVID shut everything and everybody down. When we learned that essential oils could not only get my kids to sleep, help with immunity, skin allergies and our moods I knew it was time to scrap the toxic air fresheners and harmful medications and switch over. We have never looked back since.

Essential Oils
What Are Essential Oils?
Essential oils are concentrated plant extracts that capture the natural scent, essence, and healing properties of flowers, herbs, and trees. Used for centuries, they support physical, emotional, and spiritual wellness through their God-given benefits.
History of Oils
Essential oils have been used since ancient times for healing, anointing, and worship. In the Bible, oils like frankincense, myrrh, and hyssop were used in spiritual rituals, purification, and even gifted to Jesus at His birth. Ancient cultures, including the Egyptians and Hebrews, valued oils for their medicinal and spiritual significance. Today, we continue to embrace these natural remedies as part of holistic healing, honoring both their history and the divine wisdom in creation.
How to Use?

Aromatherapy
(inhalation)
Breathing in essential oils is one of the quickest ways to experience their effects. Simply diffuse the oil in a diffuser, inhale directly from the bottle, or place a drop in your hands and breathe deeply. Aromatherapy can uplift your mood, ease stress, support sleep, and create a peaceful, worshipful environment.

Topical Application
(on the skin)
Many oils can be applied directly to the skin—either neat (undiluted) or diluted with a carrier oil like coconut or jojoba. Rub them on pulse points, the bottoms of your feet, or areas of discomfort. Topical use allows the oils to absorb into the body and support issues like muscle tension, skin health, or immune function.

Ingestation
(internal use)*
Certain Young Living oils, especially those from the Vitality line, are labeled safe for internal use. You can add a drop to water or tea, take them in a capsule, or use them in cooking. Internal use supports digestion, immunity, and overall internal wellness—but always follow the label instructions and consult with a trusted healthcare professional.
