ABOUT WHITNEY HALLMAN
Whitney Hallman is a maternal mental health advocate, speaker, and founder of Hall+istics, a maternal wellness and advocacy-centered platform dedicated to supporting parents through the postpartum journey and beyond.
With over 12 years of experience in Quality & Compliance within the pharmaceutical industry, Whitney brings a unique blend of professional expertise and lived experience to her work. After the birth of her second child, she experienced postpartum depression, anxiety, and rage — a life-changing season that led her to step away from corporate America and step into her purpose.
Today, Whitney is a trusted voice in maternal mental health, offering educational workshops, parental leave coaching, peer support, and holistic healing approaches. She also serves as a Board Member of NAMI Montgomery County and actively engages in legislative advocacy, working with policymakers to advance maternal mental health support and equitable care for families.
Through her work, Whitney is committed to turning pain into purpose and ensuring that no parent has to navigate their journey alone.
